::She walked Away::

That evening she stepped,
towards the dusk of
neverending nightmares,
closing the door behind her,
sealing forever the world she didn't
belong to.

-No longer my soul
will be gashed -
a promise she made,
to herself,
blinking in glimmering hope
to start anew.

-A rebellion, A redemption-
breaking norms of spineless society,
a halt to the story of abuse.
Packing new found smiles
she walked away,
that evening.
