::Draped in Life::

Draped in silver shimmers,
unceasingly it captures reflection
cascading down a tangerine sky,

and the smiling sunbeams
tingle a yawning serenity,
bursting with Life.

::Still, Beat as one::

Oh my dear!! we are miles apart,
still beat as one, our little hearts,

Yearning eyes and tears I swipe,
it's 3 am, let's chat in Skype,
I could see you smile, bright and wide,
though the world is dark, on this side,

Slowly rises the orange sun,
Morning shift, I gotta run,
give me a call, when dusk falls there,
till then, my heart will be intensive care.

::Over the hill::

Over the hill, rises horizon,
in hues of blue and peach,
whispers gently rustle,
the sunlight streaming down,

soaked in pristine dew,
cling the seam of her gown,
the valley reverberate
memories of eternal wait,

and when twilight flick
 its dark starlit tresses,
a song still echoes,
over the silent hill.

[Haiku Heights]::Blind::

Tied in golden chains
remorseful whispers echo,
humanity pleads,

Soaking the warmth of
blazing pyre burning trust,
blind democracy,

[Weekend Reflection]::Pool in the Glass::

Birthdays are always special ...  each year I make sure it is spent that way :D
This photo was clicked at Fortune, a reflection of the refreshing pool. Gave my birthday treat here , maybe that's why my friends were quite patient with me as I clicked the windows one after the other, to get a perfect shot. :D

[Kwansaba]::Misty Morning::

Kissed by a wisp of gentle breeze
spring flowers swoon in an elegant ballet,
echoes, the rhythm of a silent stream
flowing against pebbles, copper and white,
a warm sunlit charm wraps winter shivers,
as an amber glow fills misty milieu ,
unfolds new morn, yawning ‘neath hopeful sky.

The Kwansaba is a non-rhyming form that consists of seven lines of seven words per line and each word can not include more than seven letters unless it's a proper noun. It's based on Kwanzaa, the African American holiday that celebrates seven principles

Celestial romance and
glorious dawns,
world hidden over veil,
sinusoidal starry swirls,
mysteries , known - unknown,
between lies time, beyond reach,
myriad colors in space,
foggy past through captured reflections,
answers lay
Lay answers
reflections captured through past, foggy
space in colors myriad,
Reach beyond time lies between
unknown-known mysteries,
swirls starry sinusoidal,
Veil over hidden world,
dawns glorious
And romance celestial

Palindrome Poetry
Also Known as Mirrored Poetry

A palindrome, by definition, is a word, phrase, verse, sentence, or even poem that reads same forward and backward
It stems from the Greek word palindromos: palin, meaning again, and
dromos, meaning a running. Combining the two together, the Greek meaning gives us, running
back again

::Serenity Reigns::

Clicked at Shillong (Meghalaya, India)- Umiam Lake or Barapani Lake

During my 3-day outing in Shillong last year , I visited Umiam lake... An abode of clouds, you can view Nature in it's purest form. Breathtaking locales and waterfalls, mountains and unbelievably pleasant weather - a perfect place for vacation.

A call of Blue mountains
echoing in the valley, peaceful,
like an embrace of the rain,
gentle breeze blowing across
an abode of clouds,
ruffling Teaks, kissing velvet moss.

Serenity Reigns.
